If you are ordering items for more than one delivery location, please be aware that you will need to place separate orders, as we can only process one delivery address per order.

All are jewellery and tiaras are packed in gift boxes surrounded by bubble wrap to prevent damage in transit.

UK Deliveries

Postage costs are calculated during the checkout process. The best way to check postage is to add the items to your cart and go to checkout. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class recorded and range between £2.50 and £6.00 in cost.

All postage costs are advised during the checkout process before you finally submit your order. UK orders are sent in postal approved packaging, by Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Special Delivery All our deliveries require a signature; therefore please make sure you give us an address where there will be someone available to sign.

Royal Mail delivery times vary, and unfortunately we cannot give an exact delivery date, most UK orders are delivered in 2-5 days however this is only an estimate and royal mail occasionally take longer. Please note there are no Sunday deliveries.

Most of our orders are handmade and take between 2-3 weeks to be dispatched. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared. However sometimes there may be delays if materials are hard to come by and we do not guarantee a delivery date. However if your order is urgent we can make any of our tiaras and jewellery in less than 7 days but there will be an extra charge of £8 (this is depending on materials). If you require this service then please call us and we'll be able to advise if we can get it to you on time.
